Dear Charlotte,

I wanted to update on the fantastic progress that my 6 year old has made in his reading and writing since we consulted you in February 2008. As you know we have not had him formally diagnosed for dyslexia as we have been told that age 6 is a bit too young to get a proper diagnosis, but he certainly was showing dyslexic tendancies, and there is no doubt he was struggling very much with is reading and writing in particular.

We gave him the bush flower essences you prescribed him, along with fish oils ( whch we had been giving him before but a bit sporadically) and really and truely within a month there was a marked difference in his ability to recognise words on the page. This in turn boosted his confidence considerably, which in turn helped in his concentration,as he began to feel he could actually ' do it', and so a wonderful circle of improvement in his reading and writing ability and more importantly, I think, in his feeling of self worth and self confidence began.

He has now stopped calling himself stupid and thick which he would do before, each time we tried to do homework with him. We have put hard work in as well now get to this stage, and have offered him huge amounts of patience and praise for the tinest of the tinest of sucess, ( even down to just sitting still and holding the book at the beginning ) and been careful not to sicken him of learning, but I really do believe that your prescription of the bush flowers was the catalyst we all needed to get started on this journey. When we gave it to him we called it his 'reading medicine', and just by doing that , I think that added to his confidence right from the outset. We are so pleased with the progress and so I wanted to let you know I will be very happy if you want to use our experience as endorsement to your work...... it works so we give it readily! Thanks again for your help. Today I have a happy confident little boy, which feels wonderful as a mother.

yours sincerely LP Leigh Kent
